By making a reservation with Transportation to Holbox, you agree to the terms outlined in these policies.

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

Services are provided exclusively for private transportation; no shared rides are available unless explicitly stated.

Booking Terms

Reservations must be made through our website, email, or authorized agents.

A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking, including service details and payment confirmation.

For last-minute bookings (within 24 hours of the service), availability is not guaranteed, and additional charges may apply.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other options listed on our website.

All transactions are securely processed to protect your payment information.

Modifications and Cancellations

Modifications

Changes to your reservation (e.g., date, time, or destination) can be requested up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Cancellations

Cancellations made between 15 and 7 days prior to your scheduled service will incur a penalty charge of 50% of your reservation.

Cancellations made between 6 and 3 days prior to your scheduled service will incur a penalty charge of 75% of your reservation.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the scheduled service (100% cancellation fee).

No-Show Policies

If the client fails to appear at the agreed pickup location within the allotted waiting time (15 minutes for standard services or as specified in your confirmation), the reservation will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including pickup and drop-off details, contact information, and special requests.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure they are at the designated pickup location at the agreed time.

Driver Waiting Time

Standard waiting time at the pickup location is 15 minutes for most services.

Additional waiting time may be provided upon request and may incur additional charges.

Luggage Policy

Each passenger is allowed up to 2 pieces of luggage and 1 carry-on items.

Oversized or additional luggage must be disclosed at the time of booking and may incur extra fees.

The company is not responsible for loss or damage to luggage during transit.

Service Limitations

Our services are limited to the transportation of passengers and their belongings.

Hazardous materials, illegal items, and animals (except service animals) are not allowed.

Transportation to Holbox is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or other issues caused by events beyond our control, including weather, road conditions, or natural disasters.
